DESIGNER CONCEPT

Three ribbed glass tube sconces in bronze, chrome, and brass, all unlit on a plaster hallway wall in daylight

A clear ribbed tube on a round wall plate.

This is a hardwired wall sconce. A short arm holds a clear glass tube of vertical ribs out from a round metal plate. In this hallway, bronze, chrome, and brass hang in a row. Each one has a single vertical tube, and all three are off in daylight.

FINISH, SIZE, LIGHTS

Brass, Chrome, or Bronze. One light or two.

The glass stays clear. Finish changes the metal. Light count changes the shape: one tube stands vertical, two tubes run left and right. Size follows the light count, so it is not a separate choice.

EXTERIOR DESIGN

A round plate, a short arm, and a ribbed tube.

Brass, chrome, and bronze share this shape. The finish lives in the metal. The glass does not change.

Backplate

A round metal plate sits flat on the wall. A small set screw shows at the rim.

Arm

A short stem holds the socket off the plate. One light points up. Two lights run left and right from a center bar.

Tube

Clear vertical ribs run the length of a straight glass tube. A metal cup holds the tube at the socket.

ROOMS AND GLOW

Over a mirror, down a hall, or by the bed.

By day the tube is clear glass on the wall. Switched on, the ribs break a warm line of light into the room. The bedroom below is the same room, off and then on.

DETAIL DISPLAY

The plate is brushed, not polished. The ribs stay clear where the glass meets the metal cup.
