A double-layer glass mushroom that sits on the wall.

Sanae is a hardwired wall sconce: a colored glass outer shade over a smaller inner glass bowl. The fixture stays compact. The inner bowl sits slightly forward of the outer rim.

Mount it where a compact sconce can sit above a cabinet, beside a closet, or next to a dining table: living room, dining room, bedroom, dressing room, hallway, or entry. By day the glass is a colored volume. Switched on, the inner bowl glows and light pools on the wall below.
