DESIGNER CONCEPT
A wide glass drum, hung from a brass stem.
Ava is a hardwired pendant: a drum shade held by two brass loops and dropped from a round canopy. Light fills the drum and falls through the open base.

Four glass colors, one brass stem. The drum stays 15 inches wide. Lights stay at three per fixture.

EXTERIOR DESIGN
A drum shade under two brass loops, hung on a straight stem.
The outline stays the same across colors. The metal stays antique brass. The glass changes from opaque milk to clear green, gray, or yellow. Close-up work on the rim and loops is shown later.
The shade is a wide drum with a rounded shoulder and an open base. Milk glass hides the bulb. Clear glass leaves it in view.
Two looped arms lock the drum to a round brass plate. The stem drops from the center of that plate.
A round canopy and a straight brass stem set the drop. No chain.
ROOMS AND GLOW
Over a table, an island, a breakfast nook, or in an entry. Soft by day, warmer when lit.
Hang it where a wide drum can sit over a surface: dining table, kitchen island, breakfast nook, or entry. By day the drum is a glass volume in the room. Switched on, the shade holds a warm glow and throws light down.
DETAIL DISPLAY
An open glass rim, a straight brass stem, and two looped arms.
The close work is in the open base of the drum, the stem that hangs it, and the brass loops that lock the shade.
